I think LIC (Hunter’s Point) new developments are still over-priced. While these out-of-town or out-of-area appraisers may be having a hard time understanding the pricing scale and therefore appraising at much lower values it does highlight potential issues with list prices for these buildings.
I just finished reading Death by Meeting, by Patrick Lencioni. As I normally find with business books that I have read there are a few good takeaways that you can implement immediately. The point of this one is to create the right meetings and run them well. I’m going to try out some of his ideas to improve team output and focus.
